Follow these steps to try nasal irrigation for congestion: Prepare the nasal rinse solution by mixing saline with distilled water per the package instructions. If you go the latter route, the recommended dosage is 500 mg two to three times daily for one to two weeks before you’ll be exposed to allergens.
CoQ10 comes in dosage strengths of 30 mg to 600 mg. Use the suggested dose on the packaging, but it may be advisable to start with the lowest possible dose.
