Most people with Hashimoto’s have deficiencies in these nutrients, and I’ve seen very limited adversereactions with supplementation (please check the special considerations/cautions sections under each supplement heading to learn about adversereactions). Some people may have adversereactions to iron. You can self-order the labs and later submit them to your insurance for potential reimbursement (please check with your individual insurance to make sure they will cover the test). I love my friend Jolene’s book Is this Normal? I love Ulta Lab Tests for this purpose.
